Product Description

X-ray Film Developer and Fixer chemical is For regular X-ray film, CT scan film, laser scans film, magnetic simultaneous vibration film, and industrial flaw detection film.
Directions for Use
This product is a concentrate Kit suitable for automatic machine processing of normal medical radiographic films, computerized tomographic (CT) films etc, made by Kodak, Fuji, Agfa and domestic film manufactures.

Developer Working Solution Preparation Program:
1. Add 26L of warm water in a suitable tank.
2. Add slowly the whole component A with gentle agitation.
3. Add slowly the component B with gentle agitation.
4. Add slowly the component C with gentle agitation.
5. Add slowly the prepared solution until thoroughly uniform.
The same procedure is used for preparing the fixer solution.
Notices:
1. Never mix up any fixer with the developer.
2. All containers must bc clean, thus require necessary protection devices.
3. The processing chemicals are irritant, thus require necessary protection devices.
4. The development temperature is normally 30-35 centigrade, should be set as required.
5. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
6. Each unit packing is supplied for preparing 40L of working solutions for the development and fixing respectively.

Replenishment Rates
Developer: 300-400ml/sq.m. film
Fixer: 400-500ml/sq.m. film
Compounding of the developer:
A. Adding 2 barrels of bath A into 27 liter water;
B. Stir them until dissolve, then adding 2 barrels of bath B and 2 barrels of bath C;
C. The total volume: 38 liter
Compounding of the fixer:
A. Adding 2 barrels of bath A into 27 liter water;
B. Stir them until dissolve, then adding 2 barrels of bath B;
C. The total volume: 38 liter
Items for attention:
A. Thoroughly clear away the impurity and dirt in the film developing machine before using the bath;
B. Container and churning facility for developing and fixing should be cleaned and for special use;
C. Compounding the bath according to the order listed in the instruction;
D. First add the fixer and prevent the fixer from splashing into the developing trough while adding bath to the machine.

The products is designed for 60~180 seconds automated processing or manual processing.
Can be used with various medical films.
Can supply processing effect of low fog, powerful contrast, sharp sensitivity and high resolution ratio.
Powder:
The products is designed for manual processing.
Special specifications available according to customers' requirements.
Handling:
The former is recommended with any kinds of film processor, developing at 30-35 in 23s.
In manual processing, the film should be developed in temperature 20 for 5 minutes, fixed in 5-8 minutes, washed for 10-30 minutes and dried.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place (The suitable temperature is 5-30, ).
Keep it away from dampness, high temperature, direct sunlight, any bad effective gases.
Quality guarantee for two years, but be sure the package is good sealed.
